§2519.110. Who may apply for a grant?

45 C.F.R. § 2519.110

The following entities may apply for a grant from the Corporation: (a) An institution of higher education.

(b)

A consortium of institutions of higher education.

(c)

A higher education partnership, as defined in § 2510.20 of this chapter.
