§172.305. Withdrawal of QHIN application.

An Applicant QHIN may voluntarily withdraw its QHIN application by providing written notice in a manner specified by ASTP/ONC (or an RCE).

An Applicant QHIN may withdraw its QHIN application at any point prior to Designation.

Upon written notice to the Applicant QHIN, a QHIN application may be deemed withdrawn by ASTP/ONC (or, with ASTP/ONC's prior authorization, an RCE) as a result of the Applicant QHIN's failure to respond to requests for information from ASTP/ONC (or an RCE).
