§146.111. Preexisting condition exclusions.

(a)
Preexisting condition exclusion defined—
(1)
A preexisting condition exclusion means a preexisting condition exclusion within the meaning of § 144.103 of this subchapter.
(2)
Examples. The rules of this paragraph (a)(1) are illustrated by the following examples:
