§1351.27. What are the additional requirements that the Street Outreach Program grantees must meet?
45 C.F.R. § 1351.27
Grantees shall provide services that are designed to assist clients in leaving the streets, making healthy choices, and building trusting relationships in areas where targeted youth congregate.
Grantees shall directly or by referral provide treatment, counseling, prevention, and education services to clients as well as referral for emergency shelter.
