§1326.100. Who presides.

45 C.F.R. § 1326.100

(a)
The presiding officer at a hearing must be the Secretary, his or her designee, or another person specifically designated for a particular hearing or hearings.
(b)
The designation of a presiding officer must be in writing. A copy of the designation must be served on all parties and amici curiae.
