§1179.3. Applicability.

45 C.F.R. § 1179.3

(a)

These regulations are to be followed when—

(1)

The National Endowment for the Humanities is owed a debt by an individual currently employed by another Federal agency;

(2)

The National Endowment for the Humanities is owed a debt by an individual who is a current employee of the National Endowment for the Humanities; or

(3)

The National Endowment for the Humanities employs an individual who owes a debt to another Federal agency.
