§1149.46. Where is the hearing held?
45 C.F.R. § 1149.46
The ALJ may hold the hearing:
In any judicial district of the United States—
In which you reside or transact business; or
In which the claim or statement on which liability is based was made to the NEA; or
In such other place as agreed upon by you and the ALJ.
