§1149.20. What must the notice of hearing include?

45 C.F.R. § 1149.20

The notice must include:

(a)

The tentative time, place, and nature of the hearing;

(b)

The legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is being held;

(c)

The matters of fact and law to be asserted;

(d)

A description of the procedures for the conduct of the hearing;

(e)

The name, address, and telephone number of your representative and the NEA's representative; and

(f)

Such other matters as the ALJ deems appropriate.
