§9.15. Planning programs affecting land use.
44 C.F.R. § 9.15
The Agency shall take floodplain management into account when formulating or evaluating any water and land use plans. No plan may be approved unless it:
Reflects consideration of flood hazards and floodplain management and wetlands protection; and
Prescribes planning procedures to implement the policies and requirements of the Orders and this regulation.
