§67.4. Proposed flood elevation determination.
44 C.F.R. § 67.4
The Federal Insurance Administrator shall propose flood elevation determinations in the following manner:
Publication of the proposed flood elevation determination for comment in the Federal Register;
Notification by certified mail, return receipt requested, of the proposed flood elevation determination to the CEO; and
Publication of the proposed flood elevation determination in a prominent local newspaper at least twice during the ten day period immediately following the notification of the CEO.
