§45.13. What are the requirements for service of documents? — Inbound Citations

(d) If a party has more than one representative, the ALJ may require the party to designate a lead representative for service of documents under § 45.13.

(i) One of the methods of service in § 45.13(c); or

(2) OEPC must serve a copy of the referral notice on FERC and each party to the hearing by one of the methods identified in § 45.13(c)(1) and (2).

(2) The provisions of § 45.13(d) regarding a certificate of service apply to service under this subpart.
