§423.27. Advertising and public solicitation.

You must not engage in advertising or solicitation on Reclamation facilities, lands, or waterbodies except as allowed under valid contract with Reclamation, or as allowed by a permit issued pursuant to subpart D of this part.

It is prohibited to sell or rent private goods, including personal property, or represent others in the selling or renting of personal property, on Reclamation property unless specifically authorized under permit issued pursuant to subpart D of this part.
