§404.52. Who will the feasibility report be provided to?
43 C.F.R. § 404.52
Upon its completion, Reclamation will:
Provide the feasibility report to you;
Submit the feasibility report to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives;
Make the report publicly available, along with associated study documents; and
Publish in the <I>Federal Register</I> a notice of the availability of the results.
