§4.843. Record for decision.
43 C.F.R. § 4.843
The administrative law judge will make their decision upon the basis of the record before the administrative law judge. The transcript of testimony, exhibits, and all papers, documents, and requests filed in the proceedings, shall constitute the record for decision and may be inspected and copied.
