§4.805. Reduction of time to file documents.
43 C.F.R. § 4.805
For good cause, the responsible Departmental official or the administrative law judge, with respect to matters pending before them, may reduce any time limit prescribed by the rules in this part, except as provided by law or in part 17 of this title.
