§4.801. Suspension of rules.
43 C.F.R. § 4.801
Upon notice to all parties, the responsible Department official or the administrative law judge, with respect to matters pending before them, may modify or waive any rule in this part upon their determination that no party will be unduly prejudiced and the ends of justice will thereby be served.
