§4.1272. Interlocutory appeals.

A party seeking permission to file an interlocutory appeal must comply with the requirements of §§ 4.122 and 4.414 of this part.
Upon affirmance, reversal, or modification of the administrative law judge's interlocutory ruling or order, the jurisdiction of the Board will terminate, and the case will be remanded promptly to the administrative law judge for further proceedings.
