§3622.1. Program: General.

Persons may collect limited quantities of petrified wood for noncommercial purposes under terms and conditions consistent with the preservation of significant deposits as a public recreational resource.
The purchase of petrified wood for commercial purposes is provided for in § 3602.10 et seq. of this chapter.
