§3515.15. May BLM initiate an exchange?

43 C.F.R. § 3515.15

Yes. When we do:

(a)

We will notify you that we are prepared to consider exchange of a mineral lease if you relinquish your existing leasing rights.

(b)

We may exchange all or any part of the lands under your preference right lease application(s) or lease(s).
