§3505.65. What information must I include in my extension request?
43 C.F.R. § 3505.65
Your request must:
Show that you have met the conditions for extension in § 3505.62;
Describe your previous diligent prospecting activities on the permit; and
Show how much additional time you need to complete prospecting work.
