§3282.8. What are the reasons BLM would not approve a revision of the participating area boundary?

43 C.F.R. § 3282.8

BLM will not approve a revision of the participating area boundary:

(a)

If the unit operator does not submit the required information;

(b)

If BLM determines that the new or additional technical information does not support a boundary revision; or

(c)

If it reduces the size of a participating area because of depletion of the resource.
