§3261.19. When will BLM release my bond?

43 C.F.R. § 3261.19

BLM will release your bond after you request it and we determine that you have:

(a)

Plugged and abandoned all wells;

(b)

Reclaimed the surface and other resources; and

(c)

Met all the requirements of § 3200.4.
