§3251.15. When will BLM release my bond?
43 C.F.R. § 3251.15
BLM will release your bond after you request it and we determine that you have:
Plugged and abandoned all wells;
Reclaimed the land and, if necessary, resolved other environmental, cultural, scenic, or recreational issues; and
Complied with the requirements of § 3200.4.
