§3173.19. Effective date of a commingling and allocation approval.

43 C.F.R. § 3173.19

(a)

If the BLM approves a CAA, the effective date of the CAA is the first day of the month following first production through the FMPs for the CAA.

(b)

If the BLM approves a modification, the effective date is the first day of the month following approval of the modification.

(c)

A CAA does not modify any of the terms of the leases, units, or CAs covered by the CAA.
