§3164.2. NTL's and other implementing procedures.

The authorized officer is authorized to issue NTL's when necessary to implement the onshore oil and gas orders and the regulations in this part. All NTL's will be issued after notice and opportunity for comment.
All NTL's issued prior to the promulgation of these regulations shall remain in effect until modified, superseded by an Onshore Oil and Gas Order, or otherwise terminated.
A manual and other written instructions will be used to provide policy and procedures for internal guidance of the Bureau of Land Management.
