§3120.41. General.

The lands available for competitive lease sale under this subpart will be described in a Notice of Competitive Lease Sale.
The time, date, and place of the competitive lease sale will be stated in the notice.
The notice will include an identification of, and a copy of, stipulations applicable to each parcel.
