§3106.42. Transfers of other interests, including royalty interests and production payments.

Each transfer of overriding royalty interest, payment out of production or similar interests created or reserved must be described for each lease on the current assignment or transfer form when filed.

A single executed copy of each such transfer of other interests for each lease must be filed with the proper BLM office.
