§30.401. Who may purchase at probate?
43 C.F.R. § 30.401
An eligible purchaser at probate is any of the following:
Any devisee or eligible heir who is receiving an interest in the same parcel of land by devise or descent in the probate proceeding;
Any co-owner;
The Indian Tribe with jurisdiction over the parcel containing the interest; or
The Secretary on behalf of the Tribe.
