§30.272. What are BIA's duties on payment by the tribe?

43 C.F.R. § 30.272

On payment by the tribe of the interests purchased, the Superintendent must:

(a)

Issue a certificate to the judge that payment has been made; and

(b)

File with the certificate all supporting documents required by the judge.
