§30.206. What notice of the summary probate decision will the judge or ADM provide?

43 C.F.R. § 30.206

When the judge or ADM issues a decision in a summary probate proceeding, the judge or ADM must mail or deliver a notice of the decision, together with a copy of the decision, to each affected agency and to each interested party.
(a)
The notice must include a statement that interested parties who are adversely affected have a right to file a request for review with the judge or ADM within 30 days of the mailing date of the decision.
(b)
The decision will become final at the end of the 30-day period, unless a timely request is filed.
