§2933.32. When will BLM suspend or revoke my permit?
43 C.F.R. § 2933.32
We may suspend your permit to protect public health, public safety, the environment, or you.
We may revoke your permit if you commit any of the acts prohibited in subpart 8365 of this chapter, or violate any of the stipulations attached to your permit, or any site-specific rules posted in the area.
