§2933.22. How does BLM establish Recreation Use Permit fees?
43 C.F.R. § 2933.22
BLM sets recreation use fees and adjusts them from time to time to reflect changes in costs and the market, using the following types of data:
The direct and indirect cost to the government;
The types of services or facilities provided; and
The comparable recreation fees charged by other Federal agencies, non-Federal public agencies, and the private sector located within the service area.
