§2932.51. When can I renew my Special Recreation Permit?

43 C.F.R. § 2932.51

We will renew your Special Recreation Permit upon application at the end of its term only if—

(a)

It is in good standing;

(b)

Consistent with BLM management plans and policies; and

(c)

You and all of your affiliates have a satisfactory record of performance.
