§2881.11. When do I need a grant from BLM for an oil and gas pipeline?
43 C.F.R. § 2881.11
You must have a BLM grant under 30 U.S.C. 185 for an oil or gas pipeline or related facility to cross Federal lands under:
BLM's jurisdiction; or
The jurisdiction of two or more Federal agencies.
