§2655.0-5. Definitions.

As used in this subpart, the term:
Holding agency means any Federal agency claiming use of a tract of land subject to these regulations.
Appropriate selection period means the statutory or regulatory period within which the lands were available for Native selection under the act.
State Director means the Director, Alaska State Office, Bureau of Land Management.
