§2568.72. When does BLM consider my application to be filed too late?

43 C.F.R. § 2568.72

BLM will consider applications to be filed too late if they are:

(a)

Submitted in person after the deadline in section 2568.70, or

(b)

Postmarked after the deadline in section 2568.70.
