§10010.49. Record of decision.

Any decision documents prepared for proposals involving an EIS may incorporate all appropriate provisions of 40 CFR 1505.2 (b) and (c).

If a decision document incorporating these provisions is made available to the public following a decision, it will serve the purpose of a record of decision.
