§86.31. Eligibility; minimum requirements.
42 C.F.R. § 86.31
In order to be eligible for an award under this subpart an applicant must:
Have been accepted by a public or private institution for the purpose of the activity for which the traineeship is sought.
Be a U.S. citizen, an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence or a permanent resident of Guam, American Samoa, or the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.
