§84.53. Service time; classification.
42 C.F.R. § 84.53
Respirators described in subparts H through L of this part shall be classified, where applicable, as approved for use during the following prescribed service times:
Four hours;
Three hours;
Two hours;
One hour;
Forty-five minutes;
Thirty minutes;
Fifteen minutes;
Ten minutes;
Five minutes; or
Three minutes.
Other service times may be prescribed by the Institute.
