§84.23. Fee revision.
42 C.F.R. § 84.23
Each fee schedule will remain in effect for at least 2 years and will be revised as needed to reflect cost increases identified in biennial reviews.
Fee schedule updates will be proposed in a notice of proposed rulemaking published in the Federal Register.
The current fee schedules will be published in Appendix A and Appendix B of this part and will remain in effect until the effective date of the new fee schedules published in the Federal Register.
