§51c.302. Application.
42 C.F.R. § 51c.302
To be approved by the Secretary under this subpart, an application for a grant must, in addition to meeting the requirements of § 51c.104 of subpart A,
Be submitted by an entity which may be a co-applicant which the Secretary determines is a community health center, and
Contain information sufficient to enable the Secretary to determine that the center will meet the requirements of § 51c.103.
