§512.470. Waivers.
42 C.F.R. § 512.470
CMS waives the requirements of sections 1881(b), 1833(a), 1833(b), and 1851(i)(2) of the Act, and 42 CFR 422.322(c) only to the extent necessary to make the payments under the IOTA Model described in this subpart.
