§488.1220. Available remedies.
42 C.F.R. § 488.1220
The following enforcement remedies are available instead of, or in addition to, termination of the hospice program's provider agreement under § 489.53 of this chapter, for a period not to exceed 6 months:
Civil money penalties.
Suspension of payment for all new patient admissions.
Temporary management of the hospice program.
Directed plan of correction.
Directed in-service training.
