§485.504. Basic requirements.

42 C.F.R. § 485.504

Participation as an REH is limited to facilities that—

(a)

Meet the definition in § 485.502.

(b)

Have in effect a provider agreement as defined at § 489.3 of this chapter to provide services.

(c)

Meet the conditions of participation set out in this subpart.
