§460.56. Procedures for imposing sanctions and civil money penalties.

CMS provides notice and a right to request a hearing according to the procedures set forth in either of the following:
Section 422.756(a) and (b) of this chapter if CMS imposes a suspension of enrollment or payment under § 460.42 or § 460.48(b).
Section 422.756(e)(2)(v) of this chapter if CMS imposes civil money penalties under § 460.46.
