§457.353. Monitoring and evaluation of screening process.
42 C.F.R. § 457.353
States must establish a mechanism and monitor to evaluate the screen and enroll process described at § 457.350 of this subpart to ensure that children who are:
Screened as potentially eligible for other insurance affordability programs are enrolled in such programs, if eligible; or
Determined ineligible for other insurance affordability programs are enrolled in CHIP, if eligible.
