§457.120. Public involvement in program development.
42 C.F.R. § 457.120
A State plan must include a description of the method the State uses to—
Involve the public in both the design and initial implementation of the program;
Ensure ongoing public involvement once the State plan has been implemented; and
Ensure interaction with Indian Tribes and organizations in the State on the development and implementation of the procedures required at § 457.125.
