§456.612. Copies of reports.
42 C.F.R. § 456.612
The agency must send a copy of each inspection report to—
The facility inspected;
The facility's utilization review committee;
The agency responsible for licensing, certification, or approval of the facility for purposes of Medicare and Medicaid; and
Other State agencies that use the information in the reports to perform their official function, including, if inspection reports concern IMD's, the appropriate State mental health authorities.
