§436.320. Medically needy coverage of the aged.
42 C.F.R. § 436.320
If the agency provides Medicaid to the medically needy, it may provide Medicaid to individuals who—
Are 65 years of age and older, as provided for in § 436.520; and
Meet the income and resource requirements of subpart I of this part.
