§427.300. Definitions.
42 C.F.R. § 427.300
As used in this subpart, the following definitions apply:
340B Program is the program under section 340B of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.
Refundable single-dose container or single-use package drug has the meaning set forth in § 414.902 of this chapter.
